工業互聯網生態系統模型研究與應用

摘要:工業互聯網是推動工業高質量發展的重要引擎,加快發展工業互聯網,有助于我國制造業轉型升級,提高國際競爭力。為構建具有普適性的適用于大、中、小、微企業的工業互聯網模型,,其中數智流展現出了數據作為新型生產要素在該模型不同層級、維度的流動價值,說明了企業生產系統和交付產品的智能化水平提升的基本邏輯,同時也闡明了數字化轉型的基本路徑。工業互聯網生態系統模型強調工業屬性,通過案例實證研究,驗證了該模型在助力企業深刻認知工業互聯網演進及實現路徑,融入工業互聯網平臺的有效性。

Research and Application on Industrial Internet Ecosystem Model

Abstract:Industrial Internet is an important engine to promote the high-quality development of industry. Accelerating the development of Industrial Internet is conducive to the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and improve international competitiveness. In order to build a universal industrial Internet model suitable for large, medium, small and micro enterprises, the "Industrial Internet Ecosystem Model (IIEM)" is proposed, including the dimensions of entity dimension, resource dimension and digital-knowledge dimension, named "three-dimensional and six-layer" spatial model. And the operation mechanism of IIEM is described. In the convergence process of entity flow and resource flow, and in the process of product delivery and value realization bearing market demand, the synergy and enabling mechanism of digital-knowledge flow has been brought into full play. And digital-knowledge flow shows the value of data as a new production factor at different levels and dimensions of IIEM, explains the basic logic of improving the intelligent level of enterprise production system and delivered products, and also expounds the basic path of digital transformation. IIEM emphasizes industrial attributes, clarifies the basic principles and elements of the Industrial Internet Ecosystem, and its internal mechanism of promoting industrial and industrial development, and the views of bit based, semantic associated, model reused, knowledge gathered into wisdom is proposed, which will help enterprises deeply understand the evolution and realization path of Industrial Internet, and is conducive to the implementation and popularization of Industrial Internet Ecosystem.
